Don’t Learn. Build.
Six sessions. Six steps to a team that works.
Cohort 3: Six Wednesdays,
October 14 through November 18. 12:00 - 1:00 PM ET.
WHY THIS EXISTS
The Loop Nobody Talks About
You open a chat. You re-explain who you are and what you're working on. You get a decent answer. You close the window. Tomorrow you do it again.
You've used ChatGPT. Maybe Claude or Gemini. You've written emails, brainstormed strategy, maybe built a Custom GPT. And every Monday still feels like day one.
The problem isn't the AI. The problem is that nothing carries over. No memory of what you decided last week. No awareness of the project you're in the middle of. No way for today's work to build on yesterday's.
Most people try to fix this by learning more prompts. More tricks. More tools. That doesn't work because the bottleneck was never knowledge. It's that you don't have a team. You have a temp who shows up every morning with no notes, no context, and no idea what happened yesterday.
There's a name for this. It's called the Manual Chat Plateau. You're using AI regularly, maybe even daily, but nothing compounds. Nothing you built last week makes this week faster. You're working hard inside the tool, but the tool forgets everything the moment you close the tab. In the pilot cohort, 75% of participants were stuck at this plateau" is now "Across two cohorts, most participants were stuck at this plateau when they started. All of them cleared it.
The AI Command Center Cohort fixes that. In six sessions, you build a team of AI specialists around your actual work, give them the context they need to be useful from the moment they sit down, and put a system underneath them so nothing gets lost between sessions.
You build it. You own it. You run it.
NOT A COURSE
You’re Building a Team.
The Command Center Is Where They Work.
Most AI programs teach you how to write better prompts or use new features. You leave knowing more about AI. You don't leave with anything running.
This works differently. You build specialist AI team members, each one scoped to a specific part of your job. One handles your marketing. Another manages your client communications. A third tracks your projects. Each one has a job description that tells it how to think about its domain, SOPs that give it specific procedures to follow, and a logbook it reads every morning so it knows where things stand.
That logbook lives in your Google Drive. When your specialist opens up on Monday, it pulls the file, reads what happened last week, and picks up where it left off. When the session ends, it updates the logbook and puts it back. Tuesday starts clean.
The Command Center sits above all of them. Think of it as your chief of staff. It doesn't do the specialist work. It sees across every project, flags what needs attention, and helps you decide where your time goes. You make the calls. It gives you the picture.
And because the system is yours, it doesn't depend on any one AI platform. The job descriptions, the SOPs, the logbooks, the structure. All of it belongs to you. Swap the AI model and the system still works. Same job description, same procedures, different person. Like switching staffing agencies without rebuilding your operation.
THE SIX-SESSION ARC
Every Session Builds.
Every Homework Assignment Is Real Work.
Six sessions. Each one teaches a layer of the system live. Then you go back to your actual job and build it into your actual work. No hypothetical exercises. No sandbox projects. The specialist you set up in week one is the one you're relying on in week six. By the end, you have a team of AI specialists loaded with your context, SOPs trained on your expertise, logbooks that remember what you decided last Tuesday, and a command center that sees across all of it. You don't study AI. You leave with a system running.
- 1Session 1: The Vision and Your First Specialist
I demo my own Command Center live, doing real work, so you can see the full system before you build the first piece. You'll understand what you're building and why each layer matters. Your homework: set up your platform, build your first AI specialist for one of your actual workstreams, write its job description, and scope its responsibilities. By the next session, you'll already feel the difference between a blank chat and a team member who knows its role. - 2Session 2: Install the Command Center
This is the moment. I walk you through the Command Center architecture and show you the pre-built instruction set I've engineered over the past year. You'll see how it interviews you, how it thinks, and what changes when it has real context. Your homework is the most important assignment in the cohort: install the Command Center and give it everything. Your voice. Your expertise. Your working patterns. Your priorities. We use voice-first tools to make this feel like a conversation, not a form. - 3Session 3: SOPs and Connection
We debrief your Command Center installs, then I teach how SOPs change AI behavior, how to write them so your specialists handle specific tasks the way you want them handled, every time. I'll demo the difference between working in the browser and working on the desktop, where your team produces real deliverables like slide decks, proposals, and formatted documents. Your homework: connect your Google Drive (the file cabinet that holds all the logbooks), write your first SOPs, and let the Command Center organize everything you gave it in Session 2 into a real operating structure. - 4Session 4: Persistence
This is where your team starts remembering. I teach the daily rhythm: how a specialist opens a session by reading the logbook, how it saves progress at the end, how to hand off cleanly so the next session picks up where the last one ended. The key insight: you control this rhythm through SOPs you can see and modify. You own this discipline. Your homework: practice the rhythm with your actual work. After this week, your Command Center reads across every specialist you've built. - 5Session 5: The Full System
Everything connects. I teach the four context modes that power the Command Center: project work, strategic view, your profile, and your relationships. I demo the dashboard, morning briefings, and scheduled intelligence. Your homework: build people files for the real individuals in your professional life, activate the dashboard and briefings, and run the full system for a week. The system becomes proactive. It surfaces what needs attention without being asked. - 6Session 6: Graduation
You've spent a full week running the complete system on your own. Now you show what you built. Each participant shares their most creative application, their biggest surprise, or the thing they figured out that we never covered. The best builds win prizes. You leave with the full team running, a library of SOPs at your disposal, and the confidence that comes from proving to yourself that this works under real pressure.
THE FULL BUILD
A Working Team. Not a Certificate.
By the end of the six sessions, you'll have:
- A Command Center that knows your voice, your values, your blind spots, and your priorities, and uses them to advise you every day.
- Three to five AI specialists built around your actual work needs, each with a job description and deep context that changes how AI works for you.
- A persistent memory system where every session builds on the last. Your team reads the logbook before they start and updates it when they're done.
- People profiles for key individuals in your professional life, so your team knows who you're communicating with and adjusts.
- A dashboard that shows you what needs attention across every project you're running.
- A library of production-grade SOPs (skills:) document creation, slide decks, morning briefings, state management, Google Drive integration.
- Hands-on experience with both browser and desktop environments for real deliverable production. A week of proven daily practice under your belt before you graduate.
The first cohort graduated in June 2026. Average score gain on the AI Clarity Plan: 31.3 points. Every participant skipped at least one adoption stage. One reached the Agents stage with a perfect Mindset score. Participants reported an average of 2.3x return on their investment in the first 30 days. Nobody said it was overpriced.
IS THIS YOU
You Don’t Need to Be Technical.
You Need to Be Willing.
This is for professionals who are already using AI and know it should be doing more. You've had the conversations. You've seen the demos. You've maybe even taken a course or two. And you're still starting from scratch every time you open a new chat.
You're a consultant, a team lead, a business owner, a marketing director. Someone who manages multiple workstreams and knows that re-explaining yourself every session is the real bottleneck.
If you can understand an analogy and follow a process, this works for you. The system doesn't require code, APIs, or developer tools. It requires clarity about your work and willingness to build. Every participant in the first cohort advanced an average of 31 points on the AI Clarity Plan, and not one of them had a technical background.
If you haven't used AI at all yet, this isn't the right starting point. Take the AI Clarity Planner first. It's free, it takes five minutes, and it will show you exactly where you are.
If you've been using AI regularly and you're ready to stop chatting and start building, this is where you go next.
Comments From Cohort One
I had all these plans tangled up in my head like an octopus. Now I have a system that holds and manages all of it.

The Command Center stores your professional context -- how you write, what projects you're running, what decisions you've made, who you work with, what your priorities are. It does not store passwords, financial information, or personal identity data. Everything lives in your own Google Drive, under your own account. Nothing is shared with other users, other AI platforms, or anyone else. You decide what context to give it, and you can see and edit every file it creates. You own the system. Period.
You should be using AI regularly -- writing emails, brainstorming, researching, drafting content. You don't need to be technical. You don't need coding skills. You do need to have tried ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools enough to know they're useful but frustrating when you start from scratch every session. If you're not sure where you stand, take the AI Clarity Planner first. It's free and takes five minutes.
Three tools, roughly $30/month total. Claude Pro ($20/month) is the core platform where you'll build your Command Center and specialist agents. A Google account gives you Google Drive, which serves as the single source of truth connecting everything. And Wispr Flow ($10/month) is the voice-first tool that makes giving your Command Center deep context feel like a conversation instead of a typing exercise. That's it. No enterprise software. No annual contracts. Thirty dollars a month for an AI operating environment built around your actual work.
